Brief: Viking Supply Ships inks in-principle financing deal, delays Q1 report

May 2 (Reuters) - Viking Supply Ships  VSSABb.ST  says: 
 
    * Says viking supply ships a/s has reached an in principle 
agreement with its banks. 
    * Agreement is subject to credit committee approval and 
other customary conditions precedent 
    * As previously communicated, the company's subsidiary 
Viking Supply Ships A/S is in discussions with its creditors and 
shareholders regarding the long term financing of the company. 
The situation is challenging but the 
dialogue is constructive 
    * Due to complicated and lengthy negotiations, the 
publication of the Annual Reports of Viking Supply Ships AB and 
Viking Supply Ships A/S will be delayed 
    * The company will also postpone the financial report for Q1 
2016
